And Joy!

Women carry the power to unite polarities, contain, and transform. Now more than ever we need to come together to cultivate, celebrate, and emanate this unique gift of creation. This gathering is an opportunity to turn towards ourselves and each other to nourish the potential for growth, abundance, and community.

Come explore within a unique format that integrates Movement with Satsang

This will be a 2.5 hour introductory evening to a much deeper exploratory daylong on Feb 25th. Through meditation, inquiry, exercises, simple guided movements, and levity, we will take the time to bring awareness to our pelvic area, the centers of creation and together, we will explore the power of the feminine!
