Boyan Milouchev ~ Embodied Understanding: The Importance of Feeling Our Emotions

Recognising our True Self – the changeless reality beyond the body, mind, and circumstances in the world – is essential in order to live a true, honest, and happy life.

The recognition that we are not the body or the mind is the beginning of a journey of ever-deeper embodiment of our True Nature: of re-alignment of old beliefs with what is True on the level of the mind; and of releasing tensions and becoming more intuitive and free on the level of the body.

This event will focus on the body and on the importance of allowing feelings to flow through the body without self-judgement and self-blame. Often, strong feelings come with unwanted thoughts, and it is the resistance to these thoughts / feelings that sustains them in experience. We will also talk about projection, the world as a reflection of ourself, and the importance of feeling into whether an action is coming from Love or fear.

The event will begin with a 20-minute meditation followed by a talk and a Q&A session.

Bio:

From an early age, Boyan was fascinated by the nature of the mind and our experience of reality. After exploring NLP, the Three Principles, and A Course in Miracles, his journey of seeking came to an end when he came across non-duality. Today, Boyan supports others along the spiritual journey through one-to-one sessions and online events and programmes. He lovingly guides individuals and groups toward the understanding of the essential cause of their suffering, and to realise their innate wholeness. His approach is gentle but direct and especially well-suited for those who are ready to embrace life and live it fully.

We offer our events by donation or sliding scale with scholarships available to make them as accessible as possible. We still however have many expenses to pay and therefore we ask that you contribute as much as you can comfortably afford for an event. Most of the funds are paid directly to the teacher. The remainder goes towards Open Circle’s expenses so that we can keep our platform in operation. Your generosity also helps cover any scholarships we offer to those unable to pay within the sliding scale.
