Loch Kelly ~ Effortless Mindfulness Embodied

ÒLoch Kelly is one of the clearest expressions of authentic awakened freedom and love that I know. He offers wise, loving medicine and direct,Êpractical guidance which evolved from LochÕs vast experience and deep commitment to help others awaken to spiritual freedom.Ó

~ Adyashanti

Join Loch Kelly in this experiential workshop to learn effortless mindfulness as a way to shift out of your chattering mind and live from your awake heart-mind.Ê It is not enough to simply wake up out of our small self and try to maintain pure awareness. In order to live awake in relationships and work, we need to familiarize ourselves with what parts of us get in the way of living from embodied awake consciousness and how to include our full humanity.

In these challenging times, effortless mindfulness is ideal as it is done with small glimpses of our True Nature in compassionate relationship to any feelings that arise, with eyes openÊin the midst of everyday life.

Loch will draw from the ancient wisdom traditions, psychology, and current neuroscience research to point us beyond our small, separate senseÊof self to help us live from our already awake heart-mind.

Loch Kelly, M.Div., LCSW is an award-winning author of The Way of Effortless Mindfulness, a licensed psychotherapist, and recognized leader in the field of meditation and awakening.ÊLoch graduated from Columbia University and received a fellowship to study in Sri Lanka, India, and Nepal. We offer our events by donation or sliding scale with scholarships available to make them as accessible as possible. We still however have many expenses to pay and therefore we ask that you contribute as much as you can comfortably afford for an event. Most of the funds are paid directly to the teacher. The remainder goes towards Open Circle’s expenses so that we can keep our platform in operation. Your generosity also helps cover any scholarships we offer to those unable to pay within the sliding scale.
