Event will be recorded and emailed to participants after each meeting.

We have all been touched to by trauma to some degree. Trauma can be defined as any experience that takes us out of our window of tolerance and leaves us with high levels of stress in our nervous system. It has also been defined as the inability to be present in the here and now because we get stuck in the past, or in overwhelm. Therefore, healing trauma is an integral part of our nondual awakening and embodiment process.

Our nondual nature includes not only the essence of who we are, a loving presence, but also all manifestations of our wounding and trauma in our body-mind. When all of who we are is met in/as our essential nature, there is no more division and we are whole, empowered and healed. We become embodied presence.

This retreat is unique in that it will focus on many levels: spiritual, somatic, emotional and psychological.

Lynn Marie will focus on awakening to true nature as well as developing a balanced nervous system, so you have more ability to remain awake and meet all that arises within the body-mind in your undivided nature. She will also provide skillful means that are often needed to be present with highly stressful experience.

This deep dive offers you an opportunity to:

  • Deepen the recognition of your true nature
  • Build more regulation and capacity in your nervous system
  • Learn how to be skillfully present with challenging experiences so they can be released

The retreat will offer guided meditation, inspired dialogue, somatic practices, and both group and individual therapeutic work.

You are encouraged to attend in person so you can benefit from working with Lynn Marie and from the group presence. You are also welcome to attend via the recording at your own pace.
