Participants must be 18 years of age or a parent or guardian must provide consent at the time of the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For online events:
If you cancel 24 hours or more before an event, we will refund your full contribution less $5 admin fee.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before an event, we are not able to refund you.
We are not able to credit payments towards future events.

For in-person events:
If you cancel more than one week before an event, we will refund your contribution less $5 cancellation fee.
If you cancel less than a week before an event, we are not able to refund you.
Instead of canceling, another option is to sell or give your ticket to a friend.
Please be sure the person tells us the original registration name when they check-in as we do not change the name on the pre-registration.
We are not able to credit payments towards future events.
Please do not attend if you have symptoms of a viral respiratory infection. Please notify us before the event (as soon as possible) for a full refund, if you cannot attend for that reason.

RECORDING POLICY

Open Circle hosts events that invite attendee participation. By attending and participating in an Open Circle Event and providing your name, likeness, voice, image and any questions or other material (“Participant Materials”) you grant Open Circle Center, Inc., its affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns the irrevocable right, in perpetuity, to use the Participant Materials in connection with the production, distribution, exhibition, advertising, and dissemination of the Recorded Open Circle Events (“Recorded Events”), and to edit, delete, alter and amend the Participant Materials in any manner, and to juxtapose the Participant Materials with any other material. The Recorded Events may be utilized throughout the world, in perpetuity, and in any and all media now or hereafter devised (including but not limited to streaming, downloads, and DVDs, CDs that are provided free or for a fee) without any payment to you. The Recorded Events will be the property of the Open Circle Center, Inc. and its teachers, who have no obligation to use the Participant Materials in the Recorded Events.
