Do you still get taken over by conditioned patternsÑeven after all the work youÕve done? Do you long to heal your sense of separation from your divine nature?

We hear about freedom as a possibilityÑor weÕve had a taste of our true natureÑbut somehow these patterns continue in our minds, emotions, relationships, and choices in life.

Join this 4-part course as we create a safe and supportive healing community to do the deeper work that unfolds on the path of awakening. Through helpful practices, including guided meditations, teachings, practical tools, and heartfelt conversation, weÕll learn to untangle these patterns and find our way home to the ever-present space of inner aliveness.

  • WeÕll cultivate a sense of safety for those hidden, cut off parts of ourselves to come out into the light of loving awareness. This is what heals shame.
  • WeÕll learn to notice repetitive thought patterns without getting caught in them and challenge limiting beliefs about ourselves, others, and the world.
  • WeÕll practice ways to be with difficult emotions so they donÕt control us.
  • WeÕll attend to the nervous system and the body to stay rooted in the world.
  • And weÕll discover, over and over, the ground of being, your true home that has never been touched by these experiences. There is so much more to life than our patterns!

Stress and worryÉpeople pleasingÉpersistent relationship strugglesÉproving yourself through accomplishmentsÉthese longstanding patterns are profound invitations into liberation from the sense of separation. Together, we lovingly embody our humanness as we expand into appreciation, joy, and deep connection with all of Life.

We offer our events by donation or sliding scale with scholarships available to make them as accessible as possible. We still however have many expenses to pay and therefore we ask that you contribute as much as you can comfortably afford for an event. Most of the funds are paid directly to the teacher. The remainder goes towards Open Circle’s expenses so that we can keep our platform in operation. Your generosity also helps cover any scholarships we offer to those unable to pay within the sliding scale.

Most events consist of a guided or silent meditation, a talk by the teacher, and time for questions and sharing. There may be other practices such as somatic exercises, movement practice, dyads, etc. Each teacher chooses the format freely according to what they feel supports their message best, so formats may vary.
