Are you passionate about embodying awakened consciousness in everyday life? Then letÕs explore our relationships. Your everyday human life will be the laboratory as we explore how to live the deepest nondual teachings of infinite oneness.

In this sacred time of retreat together, we create a field of safe space to explore the patterns we bring to our relationships that create a sense of separationÑfrom ourselves, others, and all of life. These are fear-based programmed ways of being that we learned early in our lives and left us feeling unsafe, rejected, unseen, or disconnected.

People-pleasing, withdrawal, inflating or deflating ourselves in comparison to others, holding grudges, and defensivenessÉ These are signs of unexamined contractions that are waiting for liberation.

Untying the knots that lie at the core of our relationship struggles brings freshness, ease, and space for new and authentic ways of being. We discover we can meet the tender places in ourselves with deep acceptance and care and have space to open to intimate connection beyond our personal selves.

With guided inner reflection, journaling exercises, small group practice, and Q&A, weÕll practice creating safe space for deep connection. WeÕll explore practical ways to be more present in our interactions. YouÕll leave with new insights, ways to experiment in daily life, and tools for being in your relationships as a pathway for awakening.

Day 1: Our relationship with our own experience. WeÕll begin by exploring how we disconnect from our selves and practice bringing loving awareness to all of our experience.

Day 2: Our relationships with others. WeÕll identify patterns of relating that develop from our early experience and practice staying grounded in ourselves so we can find space to stay present in our interactions.

Day 3: Practical tools and skills. WeÕll explore and practice new ways of relating so you can show up in your relationships more authentic and loving.

ÒI am now experiencing longer moments of pure awareness and joy. No longer a slave to external circumstances and inner chatter. Loving life the way it is.Ó ~Susan R.

ÒWhat youÕre pointing to is so difficult to talk about in words, but you describe it so brilliantly and give such practical, actionable steps to follow that I truly, deeply get it. I just cannot express to you how transformative your approach has been for me.Ó ~Sandra Joseph, Broadway star and author of Unmasking What Matters

We offer our events by donation or sliding scale with scholarships available to make them as accessible as possible. We still however have many expenses to pay and therefore we ask that you contribute as much as you can comfortably afford for an event. Most of the funds are paid directly to the teacher. The remainder goes towards Open Circle’s expenses so that we can keep our platform in operation. Your generosity also helps cover any scholarships we offer to those unable to pay within the sliding scale.
