DESCRIPTION:This event builds on the release of Jeremy Lent’s book\, Ecocivilization: Making a World That Works for All\, which envisions a world system that sets the conditions for all to flourish on a regenerated earth. Jeremy and Lisa will explore this vision from the depth of nondual understanding. \nIf the root of our Metacrisis is separation\, then the nondual recognition of non-separation is essential to responding skillfully. This is the deeper basis for any lasting systemic change that may occur. \nIf you are feeling despair about our world\, one of the core tenets of Ecocilivation is that there is an alternative. One not of empty hope\, but of grounded possibility. One that welcomes our engagement\, unique gifts and contributions. \nAbout the book: \nAs climate chaos\, inequality\, and social fragmentation intensify\, humanity faces an imminent choice: continue with a system built on extraction and endless growth\, or reimagine civilization itself.\n​\nJeremy Lent offers that reimagination: an ecocivilization\, grounded in proven design principles of ecosystems and in humankind’s evolved inclination toward justice\, mutuality\, and dignity. \nOne of the things we love about this vision is that it is not a blueprint handed down from on high\, but rather an invitation to co-create\, making visible the visionary work already taking place around the world. \nThe session will include meditation\, a presentation by Jeremy\, Q&A\, group engagement and practice.
