Lynn Marie Lumiere
Lynn Marie Lumiere is a seasoned non-dual psychotherapist, Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, spiritual mentor, and author whose work bridges embodied spiritual awakening with depth psychotherapy and somatic trauma healing.
With over three decades of clinical and contemplative experience—rooted equally in professional training and her own profound healing and awakening journey—she offers a rare and integrative approach to human transformation.
Lynn Marie’s work is grounded in the understanding that all human beings have an innate capacity to directly experience their essential nature. While spiritual awakening is central to her approach, she places equal emphasis on the integration and embodiment of awakening in daily life, particularly where psychological wounding, developmental trauma, and unhealthy relational patterns continue to operate. Her work recognizes that awakening alone does not automatically resolve trauma, and that embodiment often requires careful, compassionate attention across the physical, emotional, psychological, relational, and spiritual dimensions of the human system.
What distinguishes Lynn Marie’s work is her comprehensive focus on embodiment as a whole-system process. She understands that unresolved trauma and conditioning can fragment embodiment and limit our capacity to fully inhabit our lives, relationships, and spiritual awakening. Through skillful somatic and relational attunement, she supports the gradual restoration of safety, presence, and integration, allowing deeper truth to be lived rather than merely understood. With warmth, clarity, and deep compassion, Lynn Marie meets trauma and resistance not as obstacles, but as gateways. By illuminating where contraction is held and bringing it into the field of loving presence, these apparent blocks can soften, release, and reorganize—opening being.
Lynn Marie has been engaged in the exploration of non-dual wisdom and psychotherapy since its inception about 25 years ago. She contributed to the foundational text The Sacred Mirror, Nondual Wisdom and Psychotherapy, has spoken at conferences on nonduality and psychotherapy, is co-author of The Awakening West, and author of Awakened Relating: A Guide to Embodying More Love in Relationships.
